APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Returning Vendors: Deadline is March 31st for indicating your desire to return to this year's Festival. After that date, any unpaid spaces will be available to new vendors.
2025 Vendor fees:
10' x 10' space, general vendor = $85 (includes non-refundable registration fee of $25)
10' x 10' space, food vendor = $175 (includes non-refundable registration fee of $25)
Additional 10' x 10' space, general vendor = $60
Additional 10' x 10' space, food vendor = $150
Electrical power (food vendors only, limited availability) = $25 per 15 amp circuit
Vendor Invitees: If you have been contacted by the Coordinator and invited to register as a vendor, please complete the application for Returning Vendors as it provides more information we need to complete your registration than what is provided in the Waiting List application.
Waiting List: Interested in becoming a vendor? Submit a New Vendor application (Vendor or Food Vendor). You will be placed on our waiting list. We have a number of potential vendors in each product category. We reserve the right to manage the waiting list so as to maintain our current product mix and limit competition in any product category. Priority is given to vendors from the East/West Kootenays and Boundary regions. You will be notified if space becomes available, and payment will be accepted at that time.

Your products must be grown, produced, or crafted in Canada. Any vendors selling imported products will be asked to remove them immediately without refund. If 30% or more of your sales is from prepared, consumable-on-site food, you must register as a food vendor.

If 30% or more of your sales is from prepared, consumable-on-site food, you must register as a food vendor. A temporary or mobile food service permit, proof of liability insurance and completion of Foodsafe course for all food service operators is required.
